3nights of luxury mountain view accommodation in the tranquil base of Mt Buffalo in the high country of Victoria, a property nestled away from it all with stunning views of the mountains.
All meals lovingly prepared by our in-house chefs , a beyond organic, local, seasonal menu crafted to nourish body & mind and allow for good digestion, our philosophy is ”food is thy medicine”.
Daily herbal teas, cacao, chai, elixirs & healthy snacks.
On site wood fired sauna provided by local venture “Haut Hut”.
1 x Yin Yoga evening wind down on our first night.
2 x Morning 90min practices to energise and align for the day.
1 x Breath practice with live sound, deeply reconnecting, regulating and restoring balance to our nervous system (second night).
Guided walk to the waterfalls at Mt Buffalo National Park with invitation to swim and enjoy a meditative moment on country.
2x Wellness circles : To share about the 5 elements and how to live cyclically for longevity and wellness in body mind and breathe. Specifically practical ways of creating a food and movement practice to take home to support your own body for each season.
2x Wellness Workshops: Create a healing balm with Cassandra from ‘Akyn’, to represent the season we are celebrating and also create your own toxic free hand rolled incense take home your creations and your new skills.
Learn how to make the Ayurvedic medicine of ghee and make your own ‘loco love’ inspired treats to nourish your body with Zilky our Chef from ‘thezilkyway.nourishment’.
