We ship within 3–5 business days, using Australia Post with tracking. During busy seasons or when we're travelling for retreats and festivals, there may be slight delays but we’ll always keep you in the loop. If there’s a pause in shipping (for example, during a teaching trip), pre-orders will be clearly noted on the product page.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email to arrange a pick-up time. Pick-up is from Bright, Victoria. We’ll coordinate a day and time that suits us both. If we’re attending a market, event, or festival nearby, you’re also welcome to collect your order there.
If you select pick-up while we’re away (for example, during breaks or events), your order will be ready for collection as soon as we return, and we’ll notify you of the next available date.

Each herb used in our blends has been wild-harvested or home grown.
After harvesting, each tincture is infused for a minimum of six weeks to extract the plant’s active constituents, creating a concentrated blend of the herbs.
-
All of the herbs used at AKYN have been personally harvested by Cass. They are either wild-gathered or homegrown. We choose not to outsource this part of the process, as it’s essential to our connection with the plants. Knowing where the herbs we use have come from, being able to quality control, store, and preserve to our high standards.
-
Tinctures can be taken directly under the tongue or diluted in a cup of warm water or tea. On each product card, we share suggestions on how to sit with each plant ally, and what kinds of support they may offer.
-
Our tinctures are potent, concentrated plant extractions made using high-proof alcohol and herbs. They’re not diluted or mass-produced. Because of their strength, you only need a few drops at a time, less is often more when it comes to herbal support.

Each Zenthai session is a unique experience. You’ll be fully clothed and the session will be on a comfortable floor mat. Sessions may include dynamic stretches, gentle joint mobilisations, acupressure, and moments of stillness.
No two sessions are the same. Some may feel deeply grounding and nurturing, others more invigorating

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. It’s best to avoid eating a large meal up to an hour before your session. Arrive a few minutes early if possible, to allow yourself time to leave the business of life at the door, this is your time to support yourself.
-
People come to Zenthai for many reasons: physical pain, emotional overwhelm & fatigue, or to reconnect with their bodies.
Common effects include improved mobility, better sleep, reduced stress, emotional clarity, and a deeper sense of presence and embodiment. It’s not only a treatment, it’s an invitation to return to yourself
