  • We ship within 3–5 business days, using Australia Post with tracking. During busy seasons or when we're travelling for retreats and festivals, there may be slight delays—but we’ll always keep you in the loop. If there’s a pause in shipping (for example, during a teaching trip), pre-orders will be clearly noted on the product page.

  • Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email to arrange a pick-up time. Pick-up is from Bright, Victoria. We’ll coordinate a day and time that suits us both. If we’re attending a market, event, or festival nearby, you’re also welcome to collect your order there—just let us know what feels easiest.
If you select pick-up while we’re away (for example, during breaks or events), your order will be ready for collection as soon as we return, and we’ll notify you of the next available date.

  • At this time, we are only shipping within Australia.

  • Every tincture is an offering of time and connection. Each herb used in our blends has been wild-harvested or home grown, and always harvested by hand. We work seasonally and respectfully with the plants, tuning in to the right moment for picking. After harvesting, each tincture is infused for a minimum of six weeks to ensure a full extraction of the plant’s constituents—this slow alchemy honours the wisdom and potency of the plants

  • All of the herbs in AKYN tinctures have been personally harvested by Cass—founder, practitioner, and plant lover. Most are wild-gathered in the Australian landscape or cultivated with care in small homegrown plots. We never outsource this part of the process, as it’s essential to our connection with the plants and their stories

  • Tinctures can be taken directly under the tongue or diluted in a little warm water or tea. We invite you to pause, breathe, and connect intentionally with the plant before taking it—this is part of the ritual and relationship. On each product card, we share suggestions on how to sit with each plant ally, and what kinds of support they may offer.

  • Our tinctures are potent, concentrated plant extractions made using high-proof alcohol and herbs. They’re not diluted or mass-produced. Because of their strength, you only need a few drops at a time—less is often more when it comes to herbal support.

  • Zenthai Shiatsu is a fluid, hands-on movement-based therapy that weaves together elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Thai massage, and Osteopathic Techniques. At its core, it’s a modality that supports the body’s natural intelligence and capacity to return to balance. Through intentional touch, movement, and energetic awareness, Zenthai helps unwind tension, restore vitality, and bring harmony to the body-mind.

  • Each Zenthai session is a unique co-creation. You’ll be fully clothed and supported on a comfortable floor mat. Sessions may include dynamic stretches, gentle joint mobilisations, acupressure, and moments of stillness—depending on your body’s needs that day. No two sessions are the same. Some may feel deeply grounding and nurturing, others more invigorating or clearing

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. It’s best to avoid eating a large meal right before your session. Arrive a few minutes early if possible, to allow yourself time to transition into a more relaxed state

  • People come to Zenthai for many reasons—physical pain, emotional overwhelm, energetic fatigue, or to reconnect with their bodies. Common effects include improved mobility, better sleep, reduced stress, emotional clarity, and a deeper sense of presence and embodiment. It’s not only a treatment—it’s an invitation to return home to yourself

  • We offer Zenthai Shiatsu sessions in Bright, Victoria, at a cosy, plant-filled space inside Botanic Alps—located at 1/6–8 Ireland Street, Bright VIC. This welcoming haven invites you to slow down and arrive as you are. You're welcome to enjoy a botanical hot or cold drink before or after your session, soak in the gentle atmosphere, and enjoy time to breathe deeply.

I also bring Zenthai Shiatsu to retreats, markets, and festivals throughout the year—sharing this work within tranquil, communal spaces. You can keep up to date with where to find me though my mailing list and Instagram

If you’re not based nearby, you can explore the Zenthai Shiatsu website to find a practitioner closer to you. It’s a generous and heart-led network, and you’re never far from support.
