Threads of ancient songlines

retreat

This is for People moving through deeply challenging chapters of life, whether that be chronic illness, persistent pain, sudden trauma, or major life transitions

These experiences can unsettle the body, mind, and spirit, which can manifest into illness. The body will then be calling for deeper support and care to help guide a person back towards being able to heal themselves

❋ 1:1 Ngangkari blood healing Session

Ngangkari are blood Healers.

They are the oldest practicing medicine on the planet. You need to be seen individually for this ancient method.

❋ 1:1 Zenthai Shiatsu Session

Dynamic Bodywork

A blend of eastern and western structural therapy to support greater mobility, balance, and nervous system regulation through gentle stretches, and movement.

❋ Group Breath work Session

Bringing together spinal breathwork and meditation. Gently guiding the breath through the spine to encourage the natural flow of energy (prana) throughout the body.

❋ Intimate Group

This retreat is limited to 8 participants

we recognise

That illness and hardship ripple outward, affecting not only the individual but also partners, families, and loved ones. For this reason, it is a space that welcomes couples and families who are navigating these experiences together.

Designed as a place for those seeking an ‘experience’.

Instead, it is intended for those genuinely in need of support, people whose bodies and lives have been disrupted by illness, pain, or hardship and in need of care whether it’s related to past, present, or future.

This work is physical treatment to realign your soul to your body. Creating pain relief, energy, and space within the body.

Realign with your souls purpose

Ngangkari Doctor

Breathwork Practitioner

Pierre

"My training in Zen Yoga Therapy, asanas, breathwork, pranayama, and meditation has naturally evolved into the creation of Fly‑Body Therapy.

This practice brings together spinal breathwork and meditation in a gentle, supportive way guiding the breath through the spine to encourage the natural flow of energy, or prana, throughout the body.

Fly‑Body Therapy is here to help ease the places where tension, emotion, or stress may have settled. It supports your body in realigning itself, and invites a sense of softness, clarity, and spaciousness back into your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

My intention is to offer a space where you can reconnect with yourself, feel held, and rediscover a sense of freedom in your body.

I’m deeply grateful to share this nurturing practice with you. ".
